Start by gathering and prepping all your ingredients. Chop the Romaine lettuce and fresh basil. If you’re using leftover chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces. Measure out your Caesar dressing, hot sauce, and olives. Everything needs to be ready for assembly.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Frank's RedHot sauce, and chopped basil. Toss everything gently until the chicken is well coated with the spicy sauce and basil. The aroma will be divine, trust me!
Take your large soft flour tortillas and lay them flat on a clean surface. These are going to hold all that goodness, so make sure they’re nice and smooth.
Now comes the fun part! Start with a layer of Romaine lettuce evenly distributed across each tortilla. Then, spoon the buffalo chicken mixture right in the center. Don’t skimp! Add sliced black olives and drizzle the Caesar dressing on top. Sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan for that cheesy goodness.
To roll your wrap, start from one end and fold it over the filling. Tuck in the sides as you continue to roll tightly until you reach the other end of the tortilla. You want it to hold together nicely, so give it a good press.
