Ingredients

  • 2 large soft flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine hearts
  • 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/3 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 2 cups shredded chicken tenders

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Clean surface

Method

  1. Start by gathering and prepping all your ingredients. Chop the Romaine lettuce and fresh basil. If you’re using leftover chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces. Measure out your Caesar dressing, hot sauce, and olives. Everything needs to be ready for assembly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Frank's RedHot sauce, and chopped basil. Toss everything gently until the chicken is well coated with the spicy sauce and basil. The aroma will be divine, trust me!
  3. Take your large soft flour tortillas and lay them flat on a clean surface. These are going to hold all that goodness, so make sure they’re nice and smooth.
  4. Now comes the fun part! Start with a layer of Romaine lettuce evenly distributed across each tortilla. Then, spoon the buffalo chicken mixture right in the center. Don’t skimp! Add sliced black olives and drizzle the Caesar dressing on top. Sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan for that cheesy goodness.
  5. To roll your wrap, start from one end and fold it over the filling. Tuck in the sides as you continue to roll tightly until you reach the other end of the tortilla. You want it to hold together nicely, so give it a good press.
  6. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve with a side of extra dressing or some veggies if you please. Enjoy it fresh, or pack it for a lunch you’ll actually look forward to eating!

Notes

  • Use Whole Wheat Tortillas: For a healthier option, swap in whole wheat tortillas. They add a nice nutty flavor and more fiber.
  • Add Veggies: Feel free to include additional veggies like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or shredded carrots for extra crunch and nutrition.
  • Make It Spicier: If you like the heat, consider adding jalapeños or more hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • Chill Before Serving: If you have time, wrap it in foil and chill for 30 minutes. This helps the flavors meld beautifully.
  • Nutrition Boost: Throw in some chickpeas for added protein and fiber.
